Job Role: Junior Hr Executive

Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates based on organizational hiring requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in meeting recruitment targets and closing open positions.
Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
