Summary

The IFM Lead serves as the strategic and operational backbone of facility management, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations including mechanical and electrical systems, housekeeping, food and beverage services, transportation, and amenities. This role ensures smooth functioning in alignment with HSE protocols and company standards, while maintaining performance records, generating MIS reports, and leading progress reviews. The IFM Lead also mentors team members, drives quality adherence, and conducts performance evaluations.

About The Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Manage daily operations in compliance with quality standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver high-value services that enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Align facility operations with organizational goals and budget forecasts.
  • Develop and manage SLAs; support procurement in vendor selection and evaluation.
  • Define and achieve annual cost-saving targets in energy and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and wage regulations.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Audit subcontractors for service quality and site upkeep.
  • Conduct team development sessions and support individual growth plans.
  • Track KPIs and collaborate with teams to meet performance objectives.
  • Coach and guide team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables as per scope of work.

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
  • Background in hospitality or hotel operations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Facility Management frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proven track record in managing operations and projects concurrently.
  • Experience managing mid-sized to large corporate facility operations.

Languages

  • English.
