Job Role: HR Executive

Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection.
Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments.
Handle candidate follow-ups and offer-related communication.
Manage the employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and HR activities.
Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding reports.
