Job Role: Maintenance Turner / Fitter

Job Description

• Perform maintenance and repair activities in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing API Unit.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Inspect mechanical equipment to identify faults, wear, and potential breakdowns.
• Perform fitting, alignment, assembly, and dismantling of mechanical components.
• Handle maintenance activities related to pumps, valves, pipelines, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
• Support equipment installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain proper maintenance records.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical industry safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
  
  

• Experience in a Pharma Manufacturing API Unit is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical equipment issues.
