Job Role: Product Manager

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our software development team in driving product strategy and ensuring successful delivery of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:
• Define and communicate the product strategy in alignment with the Product goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, delivery managers, software developers, designers, and other cross-functional team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Product Delivery:
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Own the product backlog and prioritization, ensure the delivery of product management best practices
• Familiarity with UML, and other requirements gathering methodologies
• Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and adaptability.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the product delivery team
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product enhancements and iterations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and software development.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Miro, or similar project management software.
