Position Overview

We are seeking Analysts Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Compensation range for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice receipt, validation, posting, and vendor payments.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and AR aging analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) within a Shared Services environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Primary ERP); exposure to MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with global teams.

• Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working with legal or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
