The Collaboration team within Macquarie Asset Management is responsible for developing and maintaining digital tools and platforms that facilitate communication and collaboration among team members across MAM’s global operating locations. We ensure that these tools are secure, user-friendly, and integrated with other business systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our digital tools and platforms built on Microsoft technologies to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and collaborate with the development team to enhance our systems.

What You Offer

• Proven 2-5years of experience working on various Microsoft platforms as Senior Application Support Analyst
• Proven experience working on a service desk and implementing process improvements
• Prior experience in the financial services sector or a similar regulated field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, risk mindset
