Job Role: Depot Clerk

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials at the depot.
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipts, invoices, and stock-related documents.
• Update stock registers and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of PVC pipes and other materials.
• Verify the quantity and condition of goods received and dispatched.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of depot records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and the accounts team.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist with periodic physical stock verification.
• Ensure the depot is organized and all records are updated regularly.
  
  

• Qualification: B.Com
• Experience: Experience in depot, warehouse, inventory, or documentation operations preferred.
• Age: Maximum 30 years
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Must have experience in Tally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Location: Hyderabad.
