Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet defined customer service and response-time targets.
• Maintain a professional approach while interacting with customers.
  
  

• 1–5 years of experience in customer support or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to work from the office and in the specified shift.
