Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items and recipes according to PizzaExpress specifications using different cooking methods.
• Complete kitchen preparation and ensure all ingredients and stations are ready according to company standards.
• Follow recipe procedures accurately to maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure proper execution of food preparation and cooking processes.
• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure food orders are prepared and dispatched continuously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Complete assigned pre-work, including stocking ingredients and setting up workstations.
• Perform shift-change duties as well as opening and closing kitchen responsibilities.
• Assist other kitchen team members whenever required or as business needs dictate.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and managers.
• Follow company standards and procedures to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Represent the PizzaExpress brand professionally at all times.
