Cook / Kitchen Helper – Continental & Chinese

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Continental and Chinese dishes according to standard recipes.
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, spices, and other cooking materials.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Assist other kitchen staff during busy hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow instructions from the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 6 months
• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
• Skills: Continental, Chinese
• English Level: No English Required
