Job Description

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital transactions at the billing counter.
• Generate and issue accurate bills and receipts to customers.
• Maintain daily cash records and transaction details.
• Balance the cash register and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and cash reports.
• Support the sales team in ensuring smooth and efficient checkout operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of transactions and cash deposits.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Provide professional and customer-friendly service during the billing process.
  
  

• Accurately handle cash and digital payment transactions.
• Operate billing software and process customer invoices.
• Verify payment amounts before completing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of cash collections and deposits.
• Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
  
  

• Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
• Resolve payment discrepancies professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and positive checkout experience.
  
  

• Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
• Strong accuracy in handling money and financial transactions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  
  

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Salary: ₹16,000/- CTC + Incentives.
• Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
• Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (Any stream).
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
