Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
• Manage smooth passenger onboarding and offboarding.
• Stay onboard and assist passengers throughout the journey.
• Handle passenger queries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve passenger concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
• Coordinate with the driver and relevant team members when required.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Follow company safety, service, and operational procedures.
• Remain available and flexible for night shift operations.
