We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Medical Analytics team. The ideal candidate will use data analytics to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions in medical research, development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for medical research and development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Use data analytics tools to generate insights that support medical initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Robust influencing skills and ability to align stakeholders.
