Job Description

• AEM Forms Development & Integration
• Design, develop, and maintain adaptive forms, interactive communications, and document services using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Forms).
• Customize and extend AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, databases, third-party services).
• Implement dynamic form behaviors using JavaScript, GuideBridge API, and Form Data Models (FDM).
• Form Lifecycle & Automation
• Configure and manage form submission workflows, data prefill, and document generation.
• Develop and maintain automated document processes using AEM’s Output and Assembler services.
• Ensure secure data handling and compliance with privacy and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, GDPR).
• Performance & Optimization
• Optimize form performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form rendering, submission, and integration.
• Monitor and improve system performance using AEM tools and logs.
• Agile Collaboration & Delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to user story refinement, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices
• Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts for AEM components and forms.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
