Job Role: Solar Energy Technician

Job Description

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar plant equipment.
• Address and resolve bill reading issues reported by customers.
• Assist with online monitoring of solar plants.
• Support customer registration and related service activities.
• Ensure effective service delivery to maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
• Identify and report technical issues during maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of plant and customer-related service issues.
• Maintain proper service records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure zero safety violations.
• Coordinate with the relevant technical and service teams when required.
