Job Description

• Manage and oversee two-wheeler and three-wheeler tyre manufacturing operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the tyre manufacturing factory.
• Take responsibility for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
• Ensure production processes meet required quality and safety standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Prepare and execute production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop cost plans and monitor manufacturing costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and production losses to control costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished tyres as per production schedules.
• Lead and supervise production teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
