Job Summary

The Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development of products within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful product development and implementation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product development teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement product development plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor product development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product development status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact product development success.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the product development team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 12 years of experience in product development or a related field and 5+ in leading teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in managing product development teams and leading product development projects.
  • Experience on leading front end technology teams including ReactJs is preferred.
