Job Description

• Handle onboarding of top-listed restaurants on the platform.
• Manage the complete restaurant lifecycle and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain strong and healthy relationships between restaurants and Ownly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational requirements and issues.
• Monitor restaurant performance and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle restaurant queries, concerns, and operational challenges.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare daily reports and share operational updates with management.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work towards improving the overall service experience.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with restaurant partners.
• Support restaurant partners with operational requirements and process-related queries.
