Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and health drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and recommend suitable beverages.
• Handle customer queries and provide a friendly and professional service experience.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
• Assist in developing and testing new beverage recipes aligned with the brand's health-focused concept.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth café operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
  
  

• Prior experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques such as Espresso, Pour-over, French Press, etc.
• Basic understanding of health beverages, smoothies, plant-based drinks, and functional drinks is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Good attention to detail and consistency.
• Passion for beverages, hospitality, and customer service.
