Territory Manager - Sales Projects

Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for Legrand's project-based solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Guwahati region. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure timely project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.
• A JE/BE Electrical qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in local languages is an advantage.
