Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the execution of repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and construction activities for hospital and institutional building projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely progress, quality compliance, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and review progress against project milestones and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Review and certify contractor bills, measurements, progress reports, and variation orders.
  • Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
  • Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to the client.
  • Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities while ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

 

Essential Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Graduate Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech Civil) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 15 years of on-site experience in the construction, repair, renovation, and rehabilitation of hospital, healthcare, hotel, or institutional building projects.
  • Must have successfully completed at least two projects end-to-end during their professional career.
  • Strong experience in interior works and fit-outs.
  • Experience in contractor management, project planning, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in renovation and rehabilitation of operational healthcare facilities will be preferred.
