We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Executive – Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients. This role focuses on hunting new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing deals for our cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis – Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Lead Generation – Leverage multiple channels (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, events, referrals) to identify and pursue new prospects.
Prospect Engagement – Initiate and schedule meetings with CXOs and key decision-makers to understand client needs and position our solutions.
Product Knowledge – Build strong expertise in company products, features, and value proposition relevant to enterprise clients.
Product Demonstrations – Collaborate with technical teams to deliver demos/presentations addressing client requirements.
Sales Performance Tracking – Monitor sales pipeline, analyze performance metrics, and adopt strategies to exceed targets.
Target Achievement – Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets within given timelines.
Customer Relationship Management – Nurture long-term relationships to drive customer retention and repeat business.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) – IT/CS/Electronics/Electrical, etc.
2–3 years of total experience with at least 1 year in B2B Sales.
Proven track record of selling in sectors such as Retail, Education, Hospitality, IT Technology/Services/Hardware.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs – CTO, CIO, IT Heads).
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in sales tracking/market research.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across India.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in team settings.
Nice to Have
MBA with relevant specialization.
Experience in SaaS or Cybersecurity product sales.
Prior exposure to enterprise-level solution selling.
