What keeps business finances moving like clockwork? As a Financial Operations Associate, you will ensure timely and accurate invoicing for Vocational and B2B orders, maintain precise billing records, and resolve discrepancies swiftly. You’ll handle payments, allocations, and GST compliance while assisting audits and month-end close, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep operations seamless and deliver an exceptional billing experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure timely invoicing of Vocational and B2B business orders to support accurate period-end reporting.
  • Maintain and update billing trackers reports related to vocational and B2B billing and Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handling customer inquiries: Addressing questions related to Vendor registration, payments, invoice details and GST and Provide balance confirmations to vocational clients on monthly basis.
  • Manage cash allocation, coordinate refunds, determine correct invoice allocation and Responsible for resolving "stuck" orders within the SHL online system.
  • Processing and posting payments: Ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and maintained.
  • Assist with closing duties at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end and Partner with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Revenue and Tax.
  • Track and maintain LDC, DSPF (SEZ endorsed invoices) status in accordance with GST regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

Essential

  • Strong grasp of Indian accounting standards & GST/TDS
  • Familiarity with consumption or usage-based billing models.
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Infor, e-invoicing and MS Office.

Desirable:

  • Continuous improvement mindset, motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
