What You Will Be Doing

• Direct and deliver high-quality, custom professional services projects aligned with time, cost, and quality expectations
• Conduct data analysis to assist test development, optimization, validation, and benchmarking
• Design and develop tailored assessment content and related tools based on customer needs
• Create impactful customer reports and results presentations that translate insights into action
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure consistent delivery of finest practices
• Assist internal initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve delivery processes
• Build strong partnerships across the professional services community, offering practiced guidance and help
  
  

What We Are Looking For:

Essential

• Undergraduate degree in Psychology, knowledge of basic psychometric principles
• Experience in Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint
• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
  

Desirable :

• Knowledge of psychometric test design, analytics and data management
• Experience working within a commercial environment in a relevant industry
