Are you a CA or MBA qualified finance professional and used to working in a commercial finance role? Are you self-motivated, process orientated and a great communicator? You may be looking for your next career step into a role that supports multiple geographies and commercial teams. If so, the role Finance Business Partner at SHL could be for you. You will be required to understand the business levers which impact our revenue across India, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and the Philippines and build financial models for EBITDA based on current outlook and scenario planning based on risks and mitigations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts to guide on EBITDA achievement for multiple geographies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance and budgeting documents and scenario planning based on assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, analysing variances against budgets and forecasts using Tableau and Salesforce and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth via financial analysis.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals in both India and Australia.
• Provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, central global teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business strategies and forecasting.
• Provide financial training and support to non-financial managers to enhance understanding of financial principles.

• CA or MBA qualified
• Significant commercial finance experience
• Excellent command of Excel
• Process orientated with structured mindset

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with BI tools - Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
