• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe architecture and experience with batch and online processing.
• Experience in designing and maintaining complex software solutions within a packaged or SaaS environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in mainframe applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in enterprise environments.
