About The Role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration. This role involves identifying and onboarding new partners, developing sales strategies, leading promotional campaigns, and ensuring consistent sales performance. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while also contributing individually to sales activities and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard channel partners with proven expertise in IT/ITES sales, particularly in Firewall or Endpoint Security products
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with new channel partners ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions to equip partners with the knowledge to effectively market and sell solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Collaborate with partners to support lead generation, deal closures, and customer engagement
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to empower channel partners in driving top-line and bottom-line growth
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Establish KPIs and monitor channel partner sales performance through regular data analysis
  • Actively contribute to sales through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Lead a sales team of 5 or more members by providing mentorship, guidance, and support

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales in Retail, Education, Hospitality, IT Technology, IT Services, or IT Hardware sectors managing resellers, franchisees, or channel partners
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of sales professionals
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity products and industry trends
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Process-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven approach
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn product technical details

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Prior experience scaling channel partnerships in a fast-growing company
  • Exposure to cybersecurity sales or partner ecosystem in IT
