Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Training users on product functionality.
- Reviewing designs to foresee loopholes and issues from a design perspective.
- Advising on systems selection, design, analysis, implementation, and rollout plans.
- Working with stakeholders to discover underlying business needs.
- Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.
- Tracing and linking business requirements to future state design.
- Providing detailed business analysis, problem outlining, and proposing solutions.
- Communicating project status to senior management.
- Identifying, assessing, and elaborating on solutions and feasibility assessments for business needs.
- Managing process innovative change and facilitating communication across stakeholders.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Certification in design thinking and requirements facilitation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.
- Experience in using agile techniques for business analysis and designing customer solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment both independently and within a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, Power BI, and visualization tools.
- Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
- Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams effectively.
