Analyze case studies of various customers to boost productivity and maximize resource utilization
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously, adhering to company standards
Assist and coordinate with clients and the dealer network to ensure swift customer service
Handle sales and inquiry calls, verify sales leads, and assign them to dealers
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
Document all customer interactions—whether inbound, outbound, or written—in an integrated system to improve reporting for the client and operations team
Work collaboratively to achieve the shared goal of customer satisfaction
Remain determined and focused on meeting all targets set by the operations team, benefiting both the customer and the organization
