Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless service to clients
  • Achieve set targets for client retention, revenue generation, and relationship growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with minimum 1year of experience.
