Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for Teammate+ RSA Archer with 5+ years of expertise to provide technical application support and maintenance for the Teammate+, RSA Archer and audit platform, with additional responsibilities supporting data integration and infrastructure remediation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Teammate+, RSA Archer or similar audit platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and basic SQL for troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
- Perform quarterly patching and coordinate business validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds between Teammate+ and Archer.
- Resolve ITRC break/fix tickets and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users (login/access issues, role management).
- Assist in planning for migration from End-of-Life infrastructure.
- Maintain support documentation and operational runbooks.
