At least 7 years of experience in IFS Apps 10 & Cloud within Enterprise AM functional area, with 7+ years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities
Drive the continuous optimization and enhancement of existing IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions, including core CMMS functionalities (Work Order Management, Asset & Equipment Registry, PM Program)
Contribute to defining and enforcing IFS solution design standards, governance models, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices for ERP implementation. Map systems/services and engage with the business to understand the end-to-end value chain for effective controls.
Develop and contribute to the long-term IFS roadmap for AM initiatives, including milestones and cost-benefit analysis. Evaluate various optimisation and retrofit options, recommending optimal approaches while effectively communicating with senior AM business stakeholders and technology teams on recommendations and solutions.
Strategically reconfigure and refine existing IFS EAM solutions, defining conceptual solution for recommendations and prioritising them to deliver business value effectively.
Optimise the existing implementation of IFSs mobile maintenance solutions (e.g., IFS MWO to improve efficiency for field technicians in work order execution, data capture, and access to asset information.
Introduce and optimise IFS Planning & Scheduling and Resource Management modules to enhance maintenance schedule efficiency, resource allocation, and capacity management for an integrated view of maintenance, engineering and operations teams.
Optimize the existing seamless integration between IFS Maintenance, IFS Inventory as per the best practices in the industry considering the requirements of the business, simplify processes and eliminate redundant process steps.
Enhance the tracking and analysis of maintenance costs within IFS Maintenance and improve its integration with IFS Project Costing and General Ledger for more comprehensive financial control and reporting.
Maximize the use of historical maintenance data within IFS for improved forecasting of future needs
Execute necessary technical retrofits and enhance existing integrations within IFS (e.g., IFS Connect, APIs) to improve connections with external systems (like IoT platforms), working collaboratively with consultants across domains.
Required Experience & Skills.
Must have demonstrable experience in Asset Management working across varied industries.
Standout as an IFS Certified Consultant, your knowledge, leadership and hands-on experience leading end-to-end EAM implementations using IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud (R1/R2).
Experience in leading successfully optimizations in the areas of asset maintenance, reliability, planning. Must have demonstrable experience in achieving operational efficiency and optimizing asset utilisation while ensuring compliance and standards.
Experience in business process mapping and workflow design leading to process optimisations and smart working.
Experienced in leading business to be able to view (dashboards, lobbies), report and gain actionable insights into Total Cost Ownership, Asset health and Key performance Indicators (KPIs) across Enterprise AM processes.
Experienced in successfully driving and achieving higher customer/user satisfaction and adoption rates.
Experience in leading teams, process implementations, managing and delegating projects.
Demonstrable capability of leading teams with investigations finding RCAs using tools like Pareto Chart, 5 Whys etc. and be able to think of user experience.
Experienced in developing comprehensive documentation. Ex: Requirement breakdown, Functional or Solution Design Documents, CRIM Specifications etc.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation, teamwork, and effective stakeholder management.
Ability to break down silos and exercise discretion and good judgment, understanding the broader impact of decisions on the company.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
