Thinkwires is hiring for a full-time Generative AI / AI Lead role for one of its product-based clients. The role focuses on building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions and requires strong technical leadership.

Experience
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technologies
- Experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions on Azure or AWS
- Design enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications
- Scale solutions for production environments
- Build production-grade RAG pipelines
- Build chatbots and agentic AI applications
- Provide architectural and technical leadership
- Kubernetes/OpenShift experience is an advantage
LLM integration, model customization, cloud deployment, scalability, performance optimization
