As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and preparing tender documents for various projects. Your work will directly impact the companys success in securing new business opportunities in the competitive market of marketing, advertising, and sales. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at expanding the companys client base and revenue streams through successful tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing tender documents and understanding project requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Preparing and submitting tender proposals within specified deadlines.
• Ensuring all tender documents are accurate and comply with regulations.
• Following up on submitted tenders and addressing any clarifications or additional information requests.
• Researching and identifying new tender opportunities in the market.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies.

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in tender management.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of tender evaluation criteria and compliance standards.
• Experience in the marketing, advertising, or sales industry is a plus.
