Neonate Photography is a premium maternity and baby photography brand with studios across Delhi NCR and Zirakpur. We specialize in creating handcrafted experiences for families, from bump to baby.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Client Relations Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both pre-sales (inquiries, consultations, conversions) and post-sales (client coordination, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction).

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain packages, offers, and services confidently to clients.
• Manage client relations before, during, and after the shoot.
• Upsell additional products/services (albums, frames, home shoots).
• Maintain follow-up and track payments.
• Ensure smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.
  
  

Work Schedule

Full-time, studio-based role.

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

1 day off during weekdays (not Saturday/Sunday).
