Position Summary

Responsible for customer accounts reconciliation, maintaining accounts receivable files and records. Producing monthly financial and management reports, Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquires

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing and circulating daily collection report as against target to management

• Preparation of weekly outstanding report to sales personnel, to plan their collection and billing to customers
• Timely recording of TCS/TDS entries in the books of accounts and reconciliation of the same
• Preparing MIS and reports required by Management
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure customer aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Perform daily updating of receipts from customers and posting of entries to accounts receivable sub ledger
• Monitor accounts receivable by contracting sales team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented and organized
