Job Description

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in the healthcare system, acting as a pivotal link between patients and medical staff. This position involves managing and organizing the patient care process, ensuring healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating different aspects of patient treatments.   • Participate in the improvement and development of coordination procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or patient coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a demanding environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and care.
