Job Description

Proponent Technologies seeks an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and social media management, which will enhance our brand’s visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

This role requires expertise in developing and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing efforts for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that incorporate SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn), content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of digital campaigns, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and adjusting tactics based on real-time performance metrics.
  • SEO & SEM: Lead SEO efforts to optimize content for search engines, manage SEM campaigns, and continuously improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare detailed reports and insights on key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including managing subscriber lists and analyzing open rates and click-through performance.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, target audience behavior, and competitor strategies to adjust marketing efforts as needed.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure that digital marketing initiatives support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing successful SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and social media platforms.
    • Experience in content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEM tools, and PPC platforms.
    • Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and video creation tools like Doodly.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot, and digital marketing automation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
