Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Sales for our locations in Davangere, Raichur, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Palakkad district. As a mid-level position, the role requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. This is a full-time role demanding excellent proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and B2B Sales within the FMCG sector.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in sales management within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate agreements that align with company objectives and consumer needs.
  • Sound understanding of customer relationship management principles to build and maintain lasting customer relations.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in B2B sales processes and strategies, ensuring effective market penetration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions.
  • Must possess experience in store sales strategy implementation and performance measurement to drive results.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives across designated locations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures to maintain integrity and consistency across operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote brand presence.
