Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in VDI technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage hybrid work models. Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design implementation and management of VDI solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix technologies.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Windows-based virtual desktop environments.
• Provide technical expertise and support for VDI infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VDI solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VDI environments to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation for VDI configurations processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in VDI implementations.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning for VDI environments.
• Implement automation and scripting to streamline VDI management tasks.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on VDI technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in VDI technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for VDI environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance VDI service delivery.
  
  

• Possess strong technical skills in Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud.
• Demonstrate experience in designing and managing VDI solutions in a hybrid work model.
• Have a solid understanding of networking storage and virtualization concepts.
• Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving VDI-related issues.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.
