We are looking for outstanding website development freshers to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of the websites.

At DecodeUp, you will get the opportunity to work as a Trainee for a specific technology that we will decide initially at start and you will get connected with relative TL and seniors to explore your skills on that.

You will get a thorough document on flow of how you will complete that with Theoretical and Practical concepts and once everything goes well, you will get an opportunity to work on live projects to show your skills.

We are looking for outstanding website development freshers to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of the websites.

After training Web developers will be responsible for building our websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything fromthe home page to all inner pages and its functions.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Should be very good in PHP and OOPs concepts.
• HTML/ CSS/ JS (Should have basic proficiency).
• Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Database query, indexing, optimization, normalization and de- normalization concepts.
• Application performance and scalability tuning experience
• Thrive in highly collaborative, fluid, fast-paced open office environment
• Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, Ajax would be an advantage
• Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers to learn the processes
• Strong attention to detail
