Job Description
STAGE WISE INSPECTION OF BOILER COMPONENTS LIKE HEADERS, PANELS AND COILS ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN (QAP) AND RELEVENT STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE OF MATERIALS AND THEIR PROPERTIES, HEAT TREATMENT PROCESSES, INTERPRETATION OF APPLICABLE ENGINEERING DRAWINGS, INDUSTRIES CODES AND STANDARDS, ATTENDING INSPECTION CALL, PERFORM REQUIRED INSPECTION AND ENSURE REDINESS FOR THIRD PARTY WITNESS INSPECTION. COORDINATION WITH THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCIES, PREPARATION OF DETAILED INSPECTION REPORTS FOR EACH STAGE AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION. IDENTIFY, DOCUMENT AND MANAGE ANY NON-CONFORMANCES DETECTED DURING INSPECTIONS, PROPER RESOLUTION OF NCRs AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. INPROCESS AND FINAL INSPECTION OF WELDING OPERATIONS TO ENSURE THEY MEET SPECIFIED QUALITY STANDARDS
