Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess emerging technologies, and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
