Manage end-to-end technical cable sourcing

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire technical cable sourcing process. You will review sourcing requests from internal customers, optimize these requests based on Supply Chain Partner capabilities, and convert customer inquiries into sourcing requests. Your technical skills will be vital in performing technical clarifications, short circuit calculations, ampacity calculations, and drum length calculations. You will ensure that all technical data sheets and documents align with our marketing strategy and prepare quality control plans and technical parts of contracts.

Your task will be to:

• Perform technical reviews and clarifications with Supply Chain Partners
• Conduct short circuit and ampacity calculations
• Check and accept technical data sheets and quality records
• Witness in-process, routine, and sample tests
• Identify improvements
  
  

Detail-oriented and technical expert

We are looking for a qualified individual with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and a focus on safety and quality. You should have high attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork skills. Solid time management and ability to handle multiple tasks are essential, along with fluent English skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

You also have:

• Experience in project or construction site management
• Proficiency in using calculation tools like Excel and CYMCAP
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare technical documents and quality control plans
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
