Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all RBI regulations, applicable laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal agreements with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Audits & Due Diligence: Conduct quarterly audits of vendor and partner agreements and perform legal due diligence to proactively minimize legal risks.
  • Dispute Management: Manage disputes, litigation, and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel.
  • Advisory: Provide legal counsel and advice to internal teams, including HR, Secretarial, and Finance, on matters related to contracts and policy frameworks.
  • Regulatory Insight: Stay updated on NBFC regulations and industry developments to offer strategic legal insights to the Education: LLB degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the NBFC or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and corporate laws.
  • Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Work Style: Proven ability to work independently as a reliable individual contributor.
