Resposibilities

• Financial consolidation & eliminations specialist
• Prepares consolidation entries (intercompany balances, investment eliminations, internal margin eliminations) and ensures consistent application of accounting principles.
• Drafts disclosures and notes to the consolidated financial statements and ensures consistency across multiple consolidation levels
• Analyses intercompany transactions, reconciles balances and investigates variances, proposes adjustments to local entity accounts to align with group standards.
• Coordinates with local finance teams to support data collection and ensures data quality and timely submission.
• Consolidation & reporting systems analyst
• Assists in coordination, consolidation and review of financial results for all entities; loads and validates financial data into GR and produces monthly consolidated reports.
• Supports equity accounting entries and intercompany eliminations; ensures compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintains and updates the consolidation system (SAP S/4HANA & GR), collaborates with divisional analysts to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Supports integration of new entities and system upgrades; partners with IT and project teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
• 6+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in group consolidation & reporting.
• Strong expertise in US‑GAAP (with IFRS exposure) and statutory consolidation required.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (cloud version) and SAP Group Reporting (GR).
• Experience with intercompany reconciliation tools (SAP ICR, Blackline, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in a multinational / matrix organization is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and process improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, including team management, ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (finance, IT, auditors, regional controllers).
