Resposibilities
Financial consolidation & eliminations specialist
Prepares consolidation entries (intercompany balances, investment eliminations, internal margin eliminations) and ensures consistent application of accounting principles.
Drafts disclosures and notes to the consolidated financial statements and ensures consistency across multiple consolidation levels
Analyses intercompany transactions, reconciles balances and investigates variances, proposes adjustments to local entity accounts to align with group standards.
Coordinates with local finance teams to support data collection and ensures data quality and timely submission.
Consolidation & reporting systems analyst
Assists in coordination, consolidation and review of financial results for all entities; loads and validates financial data into GR and produces monthly consolidated reports.
Supports equity accounting entries and intercompany eliminations; ensures compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
Maintains and updates the consolidation system (SAP S/4HANA & GR), collaborates with divisional analysts to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
Supports integration of new entities and system upgrades; partners with IT and project teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
6+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in group consolidation & reporting.
Strong expertise in US‑GAAP (with IFRS exposure) and statutory consolidation required.
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (cloud version) and SAP Group Reporting (GR).
Experience with intercompany reconciliation tools (SAP ICR, Blackline, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
Prior experience in a multinational / matrix organization is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and process improvement.
Strong leadership skills, including team management, ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (finance, IT, auditors, regional controllers).
