Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving overall Business Target of the Region for Vertiv a) Will be the single point of contact for Vertiv for anything to do with Business Development in the branch / region
  • Responsibility will be against pre-defined product objectives for creating / developing newer opportunities focused through qualitative KRAs and contribution to rebate achievements. b) Will drive qualitative parameters of the Business like Partner Recruitment / Induction, Commercial support from Vendors, Training for partners, Organizing Joint visit with vendors, Monthly QBR with the Top partners, etc.
  • Should collaborate with the sales associates and ensure that business is driven through their set of partners.
  • Accountable for breadth parameters of the Region, for the product line handled
  • Increase in partner count & revenue YoY basis

II. Min. partner coverage should be 70% for resp. product lines

  • Sales Certification (wherever applicable) in their respective vendor product line is mandatory for all BDEs – to be completed before end of Q2 16. New BDEs to complete within 1 month from the date of joining
