Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Next.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using Next.js and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Development & Implementation:

Design, develop, and implement simple and complex features using Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

Participate in the development of testing strategies.

Deployment & Maintenance:

Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Experience:

2-4 years of professional experience in front-end development.

2+ years of experience specifically with Next.js.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Next.js framework and its core concepts (e.g., server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes).

Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).

Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Proficient with Git and version control workflows.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Strong attention to detail.

Bonus Points

Experience with:

Headless CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Contentful, Strapi).
