Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate engine assembly process sequences.
• Drive alignment and process improvements across teams.
• Plan assembly processes with focus on Torque Audit and Capp+.
• Support project management and problem-solving initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in mechanical/production/industrial/Automobile Engineering.
• 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/assembly.
• Strong knowledge of engine/genset systems.
• Experience in Torque Audit.
